Project Manager
BrightFields is a growing environmental consulting firm, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, involved with the redevelopment of Brownfield properties. We are currently seeking environmental professionals with both project management and sales/client relationship experience to join our growing company. A Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in geology, engineering, environmental science or a related field is required. Professional Registration in Pennsylvania and/or Delaware is a plus. This position supports projects redeveloping environmentally impaired properties. The Project Manager position will be based in Wilmington, with work primarily in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania, but will also help support and grow our Philadelphia and Baltimore offices.
Redevelopment projects involve large-scale commercial and mixed-use construction. The work is fast-paced and provides a unique opportunity for interaction with a variety of professional disciplines and regulatory agencies involved with construction and redevelopment. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing ability are required.
Experience with Pennsylvania Act 2 and Delaware HSCA and familiarity with construction processes are highly desirable. We are evaluating candidates with 10-15 years’ experience. Candidates must be able to handle multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client relations are a must.
- OSHA 40-hour training recommended; other certifications are a plus.
