BrightFields’ staff has extensive experience in evaluating environmental impact to property that may have been caused by historic industrial/commercial use or current site usage. BrightFields has performed large numbers of environmental evaluations throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. These evaluations have ranged from rapid Phase II Investigations to multi-year, multi-site Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies (RI/FSs). This experience is brought to bear on all of our projects, ensuring the highest level of quality in all of our products. All of BrightFields’ investigations are conducted paying strict attention to client confidentiality, to timelines for property transactions, and to the need to minimize disruption of site operations. Remediation Services

BrightFields has the capability and experience to develop and implement site-specific work plans for soil and groundwater remediation. Once reviewed and approved by the governing regulatory agency, BrightFields can implement all aspects of the remediation program. BrightFields has successfully completed numerous in-situ and ex-situ soil and groundwater remediation programs including soil excavation with off-site disposal, air sparging, soil vapor extraction and treatment, groundwater recovery and treatment, and soil bioremediation that reuse (e.g., through issuance of a Certificate of Completion of Remedy).
