Executive Assistant to the President
Personable and dynamic individual needed immediately for this position. Must have broad business exposure and be effective operating in fast-paced small business environment requiring flexibility dealing with shifting priorities. Primary duties associated with support of company president – administrative support with scheduling, correspondence, screening calls and emails, timesheets, interfaces internal and external to company. Other duties include scheduling individual and company-wide employee activities including physicals, reviews, events, recognitions, training and certifications.Backup administrative duties associated with office operation – Microsoft Office support to employees, meeting setups, telephone coverage, scheduling office maintenance and records management.

Project Manager or Senior PM - Environmental Consultant
BrightFields is currently seeking environmental professionals at several levels to join our growing company. A Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field is required. Professional Registration in Pennsylvania and Delaware is a plus. This position supports projects redeveloping environmentally impaired properties. The Project Manager position will be based in Wilmington, Delaware with work primarily in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania. Redevelopment projects involve large-scale commercial and mixed-use construction. The work is fast-paced and provides a unique opportunity for interaction with a variety of professional disciplines and regulatory agencies involved with construction and redevelopment. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing ability are required.
Experience with Pennsylvania Act 2 and Delaware HSCA and familiarity with construction processes are highly desirable. We are evaluating candidates with 5-15 years experience. Candidates must be able to think independently, yet work well with a team. This full time position is available immediately.
